We build it, run it and keep improving it with you.
Your personalized website and email system, built and run by our team as your supporter communications team. Proposed as a few options sized to your organization, after the Giver Map shows what's worth doing.
Three journeys do most of the work
First-time giver journeys
Welcome flows, first-gift emails and on-site prompts that turn subscribers and engaged visitors into first-time donors.
Monthly partner journeys
A monthly partner page, the emails behind it, and the on-site prompts that start or grow recurring giving.
Program and resource journeys
For the books, courses, events and memberships that fund the mission: the right offer to the right person, reported separately from giving so neither hides the other.
It starts with a survey, built for your audience
Every client gets their own. We work out what you need to know about the people you serve, and write the questions that will actually tell you, rather than the ones that are easy to ask.
Sometimes that is three short questions. Sometimes it is a quiz where each answer changes the next question. We build it in RightMessage or with our own tools, and connect it so the answers are saved to each person’s record.
From then on, those answers are available everywhere: in your CRM, in your email platform, and on your website. That is what makes the rest of this possible.
The survey also collects how people describe their own situation
Alongside the questions with set answers, we ask people to say, in their own words, what they are dealing with or what they are looking for. Thousands of people answer that question over a year.
We built our own tool to read all of it and find the patterns: the phrases that keep coming up, and how people actually talk about their situation. It is not a word cloud. It is the language your audience uses, grouped by what they are asking for.
Your team gets that back as a report. Writers use it for subject lines, page headlines and appeals, and it usually settles arguments about wording faster than any opinion in the room, because the words came from the people you serve.
From there the work runs in nine steps, in order, from designing the survey to watching what happens and changing it.
Built once, then run and improved
- Step 1
We propose options
At the end of the Giver Map: a few options sized to your organization and priced against what the Map found. You choose the one that fits.
- Step 2
We build it
Your personalized website and email system, the journeys that matter most first, built by our team on the tools you already use.
- Step 3
We run it with you
As your supporter communications team: monthly strategy calls on your numbers, and the surveys, tests and automations handled for you.
- Step 4
We keep improving it
Quarterly reporting against the baseline the Map set. Most start with twelve months and continue year to year.
Have an in-house team? We can set the strategy, handle the personalization and the measurement, and direct your team through the rest, instead of building everything ourselves.
- Your personalized website and email system
- First-time giver journeys
- Monthly partner journeys
- Journeys for the books, courses and events you sell
- A voice-of-supporter report your writers can use
- Welcome, upgrade and reactivation sequences
- Monthly strategy calls on your numbers
- A day on-site with your team
The Build Guarantee
Your system ships fully built, documented, and your team trained, or you don't pay the final setup installment. Payment is tied to delivery, not to a promise.
The First-Win Guarantee
Your first personalization goes live fast, or your next month is on us. We don't promise a specific retention number, because your supporters' choices aren't ours to guarantee. What we guarantee is the work.
Questions about the Multiplier
Yes. Every Multiplier option is sized and priced against what the Map finds, so we're proposing work on your real numbers rather than on a guess.
We propose a few options, each priced against what the Map found your gaps are worth. So you can weigh the cost of each against the value on your own numbers, and choose the one that fits your budget.
No. Our team builds and runs the technical side, the surveys, tests and automations, so your team never touches it. What we need is someone who knows your audience for approvals and context.
Maybe not for everything. Your team can write and build the content, emails and pages. What in-house teams rarely have is the personalization layer and the measurement: the segments, the rules that decide who sees what, and a baseline that shows what actually moved. We can set the strategy, own that part, and direct your team through the rest. It's one of the options we can propose at the end of the Map.
Then we'll tell you. The Multiplier runs on the site you have. If the Map shows the site itself is the constraint, a redesign or rebuild is proposed as its own piece of work alongside it.
Good. We build on the tools you already use and work alongside the people you already have. If you'd rather have one partner than five, we can bring in people we trust and hold it together.
We set a baseline before we build and report against it every quarter, so you can see what moved. We don't promise a specific number, because your supporters' choices aren't ours to guarantee, but we do guarantee the work: see our two guarantees above.
Because the build is only half of it. The Multiplier is two things working as one: a senior strategist who reads your data and sets each quarter's direction, and a team that builds and runs the technical side, the surveys, tests, and automations. The strategy tells the build what to make, and the build feeds back data that sharpens the strategy. To run that loop in-house you'd hire both a strategist and a technical operator for a part-time need, and you'd still only see your own data. We do it for less, and the system keeps improving as it learns from your data, which a one-time build can't do on its own.
Because that's roughly how long the work takes to pay off, not how long it takes to trap you. The first weeks build the system. Over the year the two halves do their job: a strategist sets each quarter's moves, and the technical side keeps building on what your data shows, so the system gets sharper the longer it runs. We start with strategy and your real numbers, so you see the potential before you commit to the year.
It's an operating cost, not a big capital outlay, which fits how a board already budgets for software and agencies. We model it on your specific numbers, list size, giving, what you sell, value per supporter, so you walk in with a plan a board can actually read. Most boards approve a system that pays for itself in recovered giving and sales faster than a one-off campaign that doesn't.
Access to your supporter data and your email platform, your existing copy, offers, and ads, and a few hours a week from someone who knows your audience. Reactivating your existing list also means sending a survey to it, which goes out from you. It's real involvement, not a heavy lift, and we're honest about the difference.
You own the system outright: full documentation, full training, your platform, your data. The first cycle runs twelve months because that's how long the work takes to pay off, not to trap you. At the end of it you review what moved and decide whether to continue. The case for continuing is the same as the case for starting: we're the strategy and technical team you'd otherwise have to hire, for less. If you ever want to take it over yourself, you can.
It starts with the Map.
The Multiplier is proposed at the end of the Giver Map, so every option is sized to your real numbers. The first step is a free discovery call.
