The Giver Map

Know where your audience is being lost, and what to fix first.

An audience journey and growth audit. We map how people move through your website and email, estimate what the gaps are worth on your own numbers, and hand you a prioritized plan. It's yours whether or not you hire us to build it.

What you get

A plan your team could act on without us

  • Your audience and journey map
  • Website-to-email conversion analysis
  • Where each subscriber, donor, customer, member or participant stands
  • A review of your welcome and after-a-gift or after-a-purchase journeys
  • Segmentation and personalization opportunities
  • Measurement and attribution gaps
  • Opportunity estimates on your own numbers
  • A prioritized implementation plan
How it works

From a first call to a plan in your hands

  1. Step 1

    A discovery call

Free, 45 minutes. We learn what you're trying to do and whether the Map is the right next step. If it is, we set its scope and fee on the call.

  2. Step 2

    We study what you have

Your website, your email platform, your analytics and how people move between them. Nothing is installed and nothing on your site changes.

  3. Step 3

We walk you through the Map

The findings, what each gap is worth on your own numbers, and the plan in order. You keep all of it.

  4. Step 4

If you want us to build it

We close with a proposal for the Multiplier: a few options, sized to what the Map found. Or you take the plan and run it yourselves.

Why it comes first

Your numbers, not the sector’s

The calculator on this site estimates from published benchmarks. The Map measures your real baseline, so the plan, and any proposal that follows, is built on what is actually happening with your audience.

Sometimes the Map shows that the website itself is in the way. When it does, we say so, and we show what a redesign, a rebuild or a new campaign site would be worth before anyone commits to one.

What it costs

Set on the call

The Map is paid, and a one-time fee. We set it on the discovery call, based on the size of your organization and how much there is to map, so you know it before anything starts.

Case studies

Engagement results that support growth

These projects weren’t all designed as revenue experiments. They show the behaviors we improve before and between financial outcomes: joining, clicking, replying, staying subscribed, finding the right content and taking the next step.

Spark Discipleship · Higher sign-up conversion
Before40%
After68%

Sign-ups after we matched the headline to the visitor, across 3,484 visitors.

A stronger sign-up creates a larger known audience for future nurture, giving, membership, sales or participation.

Axis · A healthier, more engaged list
Replies+40%
Unsubscribes−42%
Spam−77%

After we rebuilt the welcome emails around who each subscriber is.

Replies show what people care about, and fewer unsubscribes and complaints keep more of your audience reachable for everything that follows.

Axis · Better resource matching
Clicked96%

Supporters who clicked the resource matched to what they told us, 2,663 of 2,763.

Relevant recommendations create fitting next steps for content, products, courses, membership or giving.

We’re building our library of direct revenue case studies. Until we have verified revenue results from those projects, we show the engagement and journey improvements we can back up, and we measure financial impact transparently with each client.

FAQ

Questions about the Map

Because a free audit is usually a sales pitch with charts. The Map is the work: we measure how people actually move through your website and email, estimate what each gap is worth on your own numbers, and put the fixes in order. That takes real time, and you keep the result.

We'll be straight with you: at the end of the Map we propose how we'd build it, with a few options. But the Map is built to stand on its own. The plan is yours whether or not you hire us, and you can hand it to your own team or another partner and act on it.

Knowing the problem isn't the same as knowing what it's worth, or which fix to make first. The Map puts a value on each gap using your numbers and ranks the fixes, so the first thing you change is the one most likely to pay off.

It's a one-time fee, set on the discovery call based on the size of your organization and how much there is to map. You'll know the fee before anything starts.

No. Nothing is installed, nothing on your site changes, and nothing is sent to your list. We study what you already have.

Access to your website analytics, your email platform and, where it helps, your CRM, plus an hour or two with someone who knows your audience well. We ask for view-only access wherever your tools allow it.

Then we'll tell you, and you'll have spent a modest fee to know it for certain, with the measurements to show your board. We'd rather give you that answer than a proposal you don't need.

Yes. That's what makes the Map worth its fee: the plan is specific and in order, so a capable team can pick it up and act on it.
